Join us at the Hampton Inn in North Aurora to celebrate National Scrapbook Day and spend the weekend immersed in crafting, friendship and fun. Our fun-filled weekend begins at 2:00pm on Friday, May 3rd and runs through 4:00pm on Sunday, May 5th,  Your registration includes a 6-foot table, electricity, internet, beverage service, a special welcome gift, awesome raffle prizes and games and a $10 gift certificate to our site.

 We'll have a "Tool Bar" available for your use during the weekend.  Included on the tool bar:

• An array of punches and page templates
• Paper trimmers
• Creative Memories cutting system
• Ranger Distress Inks
• Big Shot & Cuttlebug machines (bring your own plates)

A pop-up store will be available during the crop, stocked with essentials like cardstock and adhesive as well as a limited selection of patterned paper in case you forgot something or want to add to your stash.  Looking for something specific?  Order ahead and we will deliver your order to the crop to save you the shipping fees.

Guest rooms at the Hampton Inn are available at the discounted crafting rate.  Please call the hotel directly at 630-907-2600 and ask for the "crafting rate" to book your room.  

Unfortunately, registration fees are non-refundable.  Emergency situations will be handled on an individual case.  All attendees must be 16 years old. 

Besides working on our projects and being productive, we all come to crops for different reasons.  Some come for socialization while others come for an escape from chaos.  Please be courteous to others and limit outside visitor interaction in the crop room.  The hotel has plenty of space to visit and interact outside of the meeting room.  Also, please use discretion when listening to music, movies or other entertainments or phone calls that could be distracting to others.  Ear buds should be used unless everyone is in agreement with the entertainment selected.
