Texture Pastes are ideal for creating dimensional layers on most surfaces. This pack includes one 3oz jar of Tim Holtz Black Opaque Distress Texture Paste. Apply paste to surfaces using a palette knife. Use with stencils for defined shapes, or apply freely for more random textures.
